James will draw upon the following various categories of soundwork for his workshop:
- Toning the chakras with vowels, consonants and seed syllables East (Tantra Yoga) and West;
- Ritualising natural sounds for emotional release including humming, laughter, keening, groaning and sighing;
- Working with the Taoist healing sounds for the organs of the body;
- Mantra and chanting;
- Listening to Biosonic tuning forks for the harmonising of the cells and nervous system.
As this is a residential, these categories will all be given more depth. Some of the soundwork is accompanied by simple movements to encourage and direct the sound. No experience necessary, only the intent for spiritual transformation.

Everything will be taught by ear (no need to read music!). No previous experience needed — just bring yourself and have a go. Whether you've only ever sung in the shower, or you're already in a choir, there will be something here for everyone — all in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
You'll be amazed at the sound we create together and a recording of the workshop will be made available free afterwards to remind you of the day.

Teenage mums get a bad reputation in the UK but this wonderful specialist Pupil Referral Unit has places for 40 babies, and most mums become responsible mothers, retaining care of their infants and going on to achieve well educationally.
