The Natural Voice Network are recruiting 2 new part-time freelance workers, to start 1st August 2026, with induction before this.
We are looking for:
- A General Manager to provide leadership and day-to-day operational management, working under the strategic direction of the Trustee Board.
33 hours per month (flexible), with an average of 1 day per week, with one fixed half day per week.
£38,000 – £42,000 FTE (pro rata – approx. £7,600 – £8,400 per year)

- An Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of the NVN’s operations, working closely with the General Manager. 60 hours per month (flexible), with an average of 2 days per week, with one fixed half day per week.
£25,000 – £28,000 FTE (pro rata – approx. £10,000 – £11,200 per year)
