The Birch Tree Folk Choir Dorking is a friendly choir open to all levels of singing experience and confidence. The choir has a wellbeing focus and we meet on Tuesday evenings during term time. We sing folk music from around the world in gorgeous harmony arrangements and all music is taught be ear. The choir often perform at relaxed local seasonal celebrations such as wassailing, solstices or apple days. We sing outdoors in a gorgeous woodland location during the last half of the summer term and we even go singing with nightingales in the spring!
