Joint Christmas Concert – People of Note, Rising Sun Singers, Folks & Bairns

16 Dec 2023

2pm—3pm

St Paul's Church, Bristol

Come and join us for a joyful afternoon of festive community singing! Rosie Sleightholme’s three Natural Voice community choirs – People of Note, Folks & Bairns, and The Rising Sun Singers – will come together for a joint Christmas concert on Saturday 16th December at 2pm. We’ll be at St Paul’s Church, Southville, Bristol, and will sing an eclectic mix of festive and non-festive songs that the choirs have learnt this term.

Doors: 2pm
Concert starts: 2.15pm (music should be finished by 3pm)
Tickets: Adults £5 / Children FREE *
*Please book tickets for your children so we know how many people to expect/how many kiddy refreshments to order!

After the performance we’ll be selling mulled wine, non alcoholic drinks and juices for the kids. We’ll also have a charity cake sale of mince pies and cakes made by choir members. Proceeds from the cake sale will go to the BS3 Community Foodbank at St Paul’s Church.

PLEASE BRING CASH, WITH SMALL CHANGE! There will be a card reader, but cash will mean we can serve multiple people at once.

There will also be Christmas cards for sale by local illustrator Sophie Swindells (Just Like Sophie), whose cards you may have seen in the Windmill Hill City Farm shop, Better Food and other shops. The cards are printed locally on 100% recycled card and are packed with colourful envelopes.
