Move Your Voice is an opportunity to go back to the beginning and say ‘hello’ to your voice as if experiencing it for the first time.

Beginning with ‘Breath,’ each week, we build layer upon layer of somatic experience, slowly including your voice’s relationship with your body, heart, mind and lastly your soul.

Co-creating an atmosphere of compassion, permission and acceptance, you are given space to explore, experiment and play in a way that may not have been possible for you for a long time, if ever.

There will be space to explore individually, in partnership and as a group; witnessing and being witnessed.

There will be 8 sessions in all on Thursday evenings 7-9pm:

• 5, 12 and 26 February (break for half-term)
• 5, 12, 19 and 26 March
