Why this training?
Space and support to find your authentic voice and unlock your potential to lead other women towards better wellbeing. This training is all about your individual journey from where you are right now to where you want to be.
Part one – Online
From the convenience of your own home, a combination of self study from our learning platform and one live session on zoom. You will sing, reflect on your story, make connections, have thought provoking exercises, and learn the practical steps to facilitate Group Singing sessions. (Approx one per week self-study for 3 weeks, then 1.5 hours on zoom).
Part two – Retreat
Immerse yourself in song over a 3-day weekend of nourishing food and great company set in a beautiful location. You’ll leave bursting with new songs to chair and having experienced leading and taking part in the Singing Mamas approach.
Part three – One-to-one
Brush up on some of the theory behind the practice in online tutorials and put together your individual development plan with the support of a mentor and the wider network.
