Singing Workshop. 4.30pm to 6.30pm

Concert: SONGS OF RETURNING. – 8pm to 9pm

Helen Chadwick Ensemble – South West – is Clara Atkins, Helen Porter, Zara Ramm, Emily Robyn and Helen Chadwick.

In the concert we’ll be singing Chadwick songs with fabulous harmonies, songs to uplift the spirit, songs to move the soul, songs to wake us up, songs to dream to and songs that are joyous or funny.

Clara and Emily are choir leaders and singers who have been recording a new album with Chadwick at Sylvafield, Semley. We’ll be performing some of that new material. Emily is also a composer.  Zara is an actor and singer who has performed trio song theatre shows with Chadwick (Songs for the Way Home). Helen Porter is a composer, pianist, singer and singing coach who has done many events in and around Shaftesbury with Karen Wimhurst. All four have wonderful voices. This is an exciting new collaboration for us; do come and enjoy the start of this new venture.
