There are many benefits to joining this slower-paced session, but the main advantage is that you can focus on yourself. When you do embodied voice and yoga in the comfort of your own home, you solely focus on yourself, your practice, and your time on the mat because the outside distractions are removed.

The “To Move with the Voice” project, formed in 2015, aims to support anyone who wants to develop their voice and ability to sing, speak and communicate with greater authenticity. This project incorporates current research studies with the tradition of voice training and embodied yoga/movement.
