Would you like to combine vocal techniques, specific yoga poses, breathwork, and guided meditation to invoke creativity and free the body from habitual tensions to discover more authentic and spontaneous vocal expression?
ALL WELCOME. There is no previous experience necessary.
There are many benefits to joining this session, but the main advantage is that you can focus on yourself. The reason for this is that when you practice voice and embodied yoga in the comfort of your own home, it removes the outside distraction and allows you to focus solely on yourself, your practice, and your time on the mat.
You will need a yoga mat and a laptop/phone/iPad for Zoom. That’s all!
In their words: “Really enjoyed the class, exactly what I need to further explore my vocal ability and to stay in tune with my body. I will be returning.” – Sinead
To Move with the Voice project, formed in 2015, integrates today’s research studies with the tradition of voice training and embodied yoga/movement. In each session we uncover tools and exercises that encourage the flow of energy to open our breath and untangle knots in our body, mind and voice.
