1:1 Singing for Stammering, Autism and Mental Health.
I am a Singing for Health and Wellbeing Practitioner-Researcher. My work covers teaching, performance, research, writing and mentoring. I specialise in holistic, bespoke 1:1 singing lessons for health and well-being. Within my own private practice, I offer fully inclusive studio based and online teaching, providing a flexible and bespoke service. I am also a Singing for Health Network Ambassador, helping to bridge practice and research within the Singing for Health field. My areas of research are Stammering, Autism and Mental Health.
Over the past 20 years I have volunteered with a number of charities, as well as the NHS, including facilitation of singing afternoons for Dementia patients and their community. I have a degree in Psychology and hold certificates in Mental Health First Aid for Adults and Youth. I am currently in my final year of my Masters in Voice Pedagogy – Singing for Health pathway. I am also a member of the recently formed Southeast Steering Group for the Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance.
