This voice weekend invites you into a deeper relationship with your voice — not as something to be forced or perfected, but as something to be listened for, called in, and allowed to emerge. While our intention is to connect with the inner voice, there is also an invitation to call out for sounds that may feel unfamiliar or unheard, and to call in qualities that bring greater authenticity, embodiment, and aliveness. These may be sounds you have never experienced before, or sounds you already know, now arising from a deeper, more connected place.
Through stillness, breath, movement, and embodied awareness, we create the conditions for the voice to reveal itself. Using a range of practices — including breathing exercises, gentle bodywork, movement, mantra, and simple melodic frameworks — we explore ways of inviting sound rather than pushing it.
This work is open to everyone and reaches far beyond singing technique; it is about listening deeply, connecting body, heart, and soul, and allowing the voice to lead us toward a more authentic and vital expression of who we are.
