Feedback from singers suggests that the sessions are proving helpful for family carers unable easily to get out; for those of us who have lost confidence and have become more anxious during the pandemic; and for those managing Long Covid and other breathing conditions (although it is important to know we are not ‘Singing for the lungs’ trained.)
