Description

Joanna has been leading Vocal Improv since 2018, and has studied extensively with Briony Greenhill in the lineage of Bobby McFerrin and Rhiannon.

Joanna runs blocks of weekly sessions, currently Fridays 11.30 – 13.30,  for experienced/confident improvisers/singers and by invitation. You don’t need to be expert at either, but really to be a proficient singer who can hold a melody/ harmonise / keep a beat and to be confident enough to jump in. Do get in touch if this interests you.

If you’re curious about improv or want to build your confidence, Joanna also runs monthly-ish workshops open to all singers, sometimes Friday mornings and some Sunday afternoons. Please get in touch for dates and info.

Session times
