“Earth Song” is a special one hour Zoom session offering you a taste of my online course, The Sacred Octave — an exploration of the seven sounds of the Indian scale and their connection to the body, breath and voice. In this session, we willl begin with Sa, the home note, exploring how the voice can help us find grounding, connection and a sense of being at home in ourselves.
Through breath, sound, chant, movement and improvisation, we will explore the ground of the voice and discover ways of connecting more deeply with the body through sound.
