“Sol Song” is a deep immersion into our true sound.”Sol” means sun in Spanish. The voice can be a powerful medicine to enliven the heart, soothe the soul and awaken our true self. We all have the potential to access a sound that is free of self-consciousness and fear. Come and explore the power and resonance of your voice using a variety of practices such as chant, mantra, movement, breath, Indian raga, ritual and much more.  We will cultivate a strong foundation together and each find our unique home note. From there anything is possible!

No vocal experience needed.

Gavin has more than 24 years experience of working with sound supporting individuals to find their true voice. Limited places available.

Venue: The Annexe at No 4, 4 Brookside, Headington, Oxford OX3 7PJ. Dates: Nov 16th & 17th 2024. Cost: £130 or £120 if pre-booked by Oct 17th or £110 by Sep 17th. Times: 10.30am-4.30pm both days.
