Designed for people who would like to use group singing to help with mental health issues, these sessions are supported by Shropshire Mental Health Support, Jenna Blair Yoga and Arts Council England.
Kate places a lot of emphasis on deepening breathing and developing healthy vocal technique, which supports wellbeing. The repertoire she uses is mostly unaccompanied and drawn from traditional sources, along with specially written pieces and opportunities for improvisation.
Sessions run from Tuesday 23rd April to Tuesday 28th May 2024, from 2 – 4pm including a tea break.
