A simple but profound online gathering weaving together voice, breath, and movement. No singing experience needed — just your presence. As the wheel turns and the light balances with the dark, we meet at the threshold of the Autumn Equinox — a sacred pause between the abundance of summer and the inward call of winter. This is a time to reflect, release, and realign.

Through guided vocal exploration, grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and elemental chants crafted for the season, we will honour this moment of transition. Together, we’ll create a space to harvest what nourishes us and to let fall what no longer serves — like leaves returning to the earth.

Come as you are. Whether you’ve never sung before or feel deeply at home in your voice, this is a ritual space where all voices are welcome, and silence is part of the song. No vocal experience required.
