Join Indira for this lovingly held gathering of sisters in sacred solidarity. This is not about singing, this is not about having a ‘good voice’, this is not about performance… This is about coming home to one’s self through a gentle, yet deep, acceptance of who we truly are. Indira has spent many years studying, and journeying, she has received many initiations, which have culminated in this sacred work of utilising the voice to open pathways to inner healing and catharsis. The voice is the most powerful tool in anyone’s living toolkit. This is not just a tool for healing but an essential part of living fully.
These sessions are always different, no two can possibly be compared, as we are constantly shifting and, as our frequencies meet, they create new ripples which are completely unique. We will use movement, voice work, vocal care techniques, somatic work, ceremonial cacao, integrative sound journey, and safe sharing in community to open our channels and release what has been held back behind closed doors. Indira will be sharing ways to find your own personal missing tones so you can fine tune your practice to integrate the frequencies that have been missing from your life and return to a sense of health and wholeness. Everyone will also leave with a special self-care kit to continue their care at home.
