From weekly groups, seasonal retreats and workshops, to bespoke and individualised services, I welcome all to find their voice and their place through singing, storytelling and relationship to plants.
I have trained as a storyteller, a medical herbalist and a song leader and these three streams contribute to the spaces I hold. My approach is warm and playful. I love to make people feel welcome and encouraged to develop their confidence and musicality.
Come join a bunch of women finding their voice and their power through song. We sing songs all taught by ear, there are no solos, no sheet music or pressure. We sing for connection, not perfection! We support each other, we uplift each other and we let the outside world fall away for an hour so we can be with ourselves and our community. No experience necessary. If you can talk you can sing!

Doors are open from 6:45pm where you are welcomed into the space to come and grab a drink or just setlle into your spot. Singing starts at 7:15pm.
Mondays 7:15-8:15pm
A regular singing group held on Sundays in the walled garden. Singing, birdsong and an enthusiastic gardening/plant loving community all included.
We share songs all taught by ear, we hear poetry linked to the natural world and the season, and we drink some tea together. There is sometimes a fire on colder days!
All ages and voices welcome.

A bimonthly space to create fresh, never-before-sung, songs in Forest Row. Sing. Sound. Connect. Express.
An hour and 15 minutes of vocal creativity, inspired by the practices of Circle Singing and Collaborative Vocal Improvisation. Through gentle guidance and playful explorations, we will practice bringing our full voices and our loud listening to create together.
This group is for confident singers or musicians who want to be part of a community that explores vocal improvisation together. Perhaps you have been in a choir or singing group for a while, or you lead choirs and you want to develop more freedom in your voice and creative expressions? Come and join SongLab!
