Hi, I’m Claudia.

I work at the intersection of people, wellbeing and creative learning. My background spans HR, Health & Safety and inclusive leadership, but I’m just as at home designing a retreat flyer or curating a soulful workshop as I am writing a safeguarding policy.

I founded Unity People to support businesses with people-first HR and wellbeing services, centered in vocal and movement practices.

I co-created Unity Retreats to offer gentle, welcoming spaces for singing, art, movement and connection. I care deeply about accessibility, emotional safety and making sure every detail – from the tone of a consent form to the pitch of a vocal event – feels intentional and kind.
