I am a songwriter, composer and singing facilitator.

I hold an MA Community Music from the University of Limerick and have undergone further training with Musicians Without Borders, and well as in the areas of singing for mental health and trauma, dementia, Parkinson’s and lung health. I’m also a qualified yoga and somatic movement teacher.

I currently direct large a dementia-friendly community choir and run singing groups and music workshops in a variety of immigration centres, mental health settings and primary schools.

My most recent collections of original music includes an album called We Begin in Darkness and a song cycle for three voices called In Cloak & Womb.
