My choirs

Pershore Community Choir
Description

Pershore Community Choir is a fun and very friendly group which meets weekly during term time. We sing songs in glorious, a capella harmony from all sorts of different cultures, different eras and in different styles. There are no auditions and we don’t use written music. All songs are learnt by ear and taught in a fun and accessible way. All and any voices are welcome.

Session times

Monday evenings, during term time, from 7 til 9pm

Why Not Sing?
Description

Do come along – because it’s a very friendly and informal singing group (led by local Community Choir Leader Liz Hooper) where you can ‘find your voice’ and join with others in learning and singing great songs from all around the world in glorious, a capella harmony! From Africa to Australia, Scotland to South America there’s a great world of song out there waiting to be explored – there’s bound to be something you’ll love and you don’t need to read music because all songs are learnt by ear! AND we have tea/coffee and biccies at half-time too! πŸ˜€

Session times

We usually meet on the LAST Thursday of the month (except August & December) but do check the website for dates.
