Hi there, I run workshops to help people sing from the heart, from a place of profound relaxation and resonance. I do this through my Song of the Heart weekend workshops, and also through monthly zoom workshops and individual lessons. They are a blend of simple yet profound body and breath practices, singing based on Indian classical raga, and connecting people with the songs inside their own hearts. My background is varied – I trained in western classical music, creative arts therapy, ‘First Nature’ body breath and voice work, and have spend over 30 years studying Indian classical music and the songs of Rabindranath Tagore.
