We meet fortnightly on a Monday. This choir is laid back – you can drop-in and pay by the session, so no need to commit! All songs are learnt by ear, so you don’t need to read music. Sometimes we have a cuppa or go for lunch afterwards.

The Lion Choir is a relatively new choir and meets on Tuesday evenings during school term times. We make a great sound and have fun and welcome new members at the start of each term, and sometimes half term. We learn everything by ear and sing a wide range of songs….especially songs with a great harmony or funky bass line.

We love our Tuesday mornings, as singing brings a smile to our faces and puts a spring in our step! We are a very friendly bunch and we love a good harmony. We open our doors to new members at the start of term and also the half terms. Come and find out why we are high on harmonies.

Welshpool Community Choir (led by Roxane Smith) has been meeting since Nov 2021 and we already make a pleasing sound, and – even better – we are already having a good laugh and enjoying each other’s company. We meet on Monday evenings during school term time, and usually do meet even if there is a bank holiday. We are a very friendly bunch and are open to new members at the start of every term and also at half term. We learn everything by ear and enjoy a wide range of harmony songs, from the Beachboys to Barbershop and all sorts in between. Come and give us a try!
