Additional information

Together with my wife, Gaynor, I have run Many Voices in London since 2013, with a pandy-break. In 2024 we are taking the reins again.

The emphasis in our singing sessions is on enjoyment, warmth, acceptance and fun.

Many Voices LGBTQIA+ drop-in singing sessions
Description

Come and sing for fun with LGBTQIA+ (and ally-friendly) group Many Voices. There’s no need to read music; all songs are taught by ear. No auditions, no performances, no commitment required. We just sing for fun: spirited songs, fun ditties and rounds, and inspirational songs, nothing complicated. We genuinely welcome lesbian, gay, bi, trans/gender-diverse, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual people — and our allies.

Our venue is Essex Church (Kensington Unitarians), near Notting Hill Gate tube station. We’ll be singing in a big, bright room with plenty of space and ventilation.
If you would like to come and sing your heart out, but are feeling a bit nervous, get in touch beforehand and we’ll do what we can to help you over the threshold 🙂 You’ll definitely feel better after a good sing!

Cost: £10 (£5 conc), BACS or cash. No need to pre-book but it helps us know how many biccies to buy…
