Group harmony singing for women, to support our mental health and wellbeing.

We learn gorgeous, simple but luscious harmony songs and rounds by ear. No auditions, no sheet music, no pressure – just the magic of group singing.

Singing Mamas Central Beds meets every Wednesday morning during term time at Potton Hall for All. Little ones are welcome to come along with you. We support new mums, but being a mum is not essential, we are a friendly and welcoming space for all women. As well as singing nourishing and uplifting songs, there is the opportunity to connect with others and make friends, and there’s always time for a cuppa, cake and chat.

Session times

Wednesdays 10:30 - 12:00

Open to women of all ages and life stages. All abilities welcome. Babies, toddlers and older children are welcome to attend with you.

No musical experience needed – all songs are taught by ear so no need to be able to read music or lyrics.
