Wrexham All Voices: A Community Choir for Everyone

Location

Methodist Church, Regent St, Wrexham LL11 1RY (opposite Wetherspoons)

Description

This is a feel-good, welcoming choir for all voices in Wrexham City with around 50 active members.

We are led by Ella Speirs, Natural Voice Teacher, who teaches a varied repertoire by ear, so you won’t be asked to read music.

Informal, fun and uplifting, we sing songs of togetherness and peace, as well as old favourites.

We sing in English, Welsh and have other songs from other cultures and traditions.

We meet on Tuesdays in term-time, 7-9pm.

Spring term dates Mar 12, 19, 26

Summer term dates Apr 9, 16, 23, 30, May 7 (NO 14) 21, 28, Jun 4, 11, 18, 25, Jul 2

Session times

Tuesdays in term time, 7-9pm

If you want to sing with others and are looking for a down to earth, easy going and uplifting choir to be part of, come along and try us out. You can come along to any session during the term and if you want to join us regularly there is lots of support to learn the songs.

Your first session is free. After that it is £6 per session drop-in fee or £5 if paying per term.

Contact Ella on ellaspeirs@hotmail.com or 07922620503 to find out more or just come along one Tuesday evening.
