Collective vocal improvisation – wellbeing and community – all voices welcome.
Circlesinging is a form of collective vocal improvisation where a group creates spontaneous, layered music together, guided by a facilitator and shaped through listening and connection.
Circlesongs London are monthly gatherings of spontaneous singing, inspired by the amazing spirit and music of Bobby McFerrin:
- An invitation to connect, resonate, unwind, learn, and share the joy of singing, while cultivating a loving community.
- A chance to make music together, experiencing the joy of shared creation—where every voice contributes to the whole.
- Re-imagining ancestral ways of music-making: humans gathering to move, sound, and sing in good company.
- Celebrating life and honouring every voice—listening deeply, expressing freely, encouraging one another, finding a common pulsation.
Dates: 25 February, 25 March, 22 April, 20 May, 24 June.
