Relax, breathe and sing!

You are invited to bring your voice and sing with others in a relaxed setting – for one week only we’re in the Pilton Stage building but otherwise – the lovely North Wootton Village Hall.

We explore chants, mantras, rounds and ‘song bath’ to help us ‘let go’ and improve our health and well-being.  Song Circle provides a safe space and supports anyone struggling with anxiety or stress.

The opportunity to sing or sound the voice is open to all and is a collective experience, whether you’ve previously participated in anything similar or not.  You don’t even have to sing or sound your voice all of the time, you can simply listen or play percussion instead.

There is no right or wrong!

We will be singing from our core and our heart rather than the head…the intention is to simply create a positive energy through connecting with others.

We meet weekly but you can drop in as little or often as you like, there is no obligation to come every week and visitors are always welcome!

Please consider arriving on foot, bicycle, via car share or by public transport with the aim of creating a low impact event (it is acknowledged that this may not be practical for all).

Chair available; feel free to bring a mat, bolster, blanket – whatever you choose to sit on! We will be mostly seated but with space and flexibility to stand/move as desired. Please wear something comfortable and bring refreshments with you.
