Mentoring and Supervision with Pauline Down

04 Feb 2026—31 Dec 2026

Non-residential

Mentoring support can include:

  • Identifying your core values and strengths and how these inform what you have to offer
  • Mapping your journey as a singing leader; exploring obstacles and opportunities
  • Clarifying your purpose and how you wish to develop your practice
  • Signposting to CPD opportunities that fit your special interests

Supervision support can include:

  • Guided reflection on issues arising during your practice
  • Action learning methods that help you to explore challenges arising from your practice in a creative way
  • An active listening space in which you feel safe to share worries, doubts, niggles, uncertainties to do with your practice.
  • A held space in which to name and celebrate your achievements and the things you feel proud about in your practice.

Sessions can be online or face to face. Most are one-to-one but I am open to the possibility of small group sessions.
