All of this is easier said than done right?

Sometimes we just have to commit to it – carve out some dedicated time and show up for ourselves.

A retreat is the perfect container for actually doing this. I mean, they aren’t called ‘retreats’ for nothing!

We will: stretch our muscles, feed our tummies nourishing and delicious food, walk in the surrounding beautiful hills, unwind in the sauna, plunge into the pool, watch the sunsets, share stories, meditate, journal, stargaze and of course have time to catch up with ourselves.

Daily Voice Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes will be led by myself and the magical Laura Freeman.

Voice Yoga is the practice of connecting to the peace within us through singing. It is holistic vocal coaching, on a deeper level. Inspired by the ancient spiritual tradition of Indian classical music, Voice Yoga brings together vocal improvisation, mantra and singing therapy.

Investment: £550 Early Bird until end of April. From then on: £565 shared room and £675 single room.

Price includes: 3 nights accommodation, all meals, drinks and snacks, facilities including sauna and plunge pool, all activities and daily Hatha yoga and voice yoga classes
