Find a choir or singing group

On this page you can search for a choir or singing group by its name or by location.

If you are searching in the UK, you will be able to narrow down your search by postcode (or by zooming in on the map.)

If you are searching for a member who is outside the UK, you will be able to search by country.

Then click on the button to initiate the search. You will then get an outline of the choirs and singing groups which match your search and you’ll be able to view full details. Please use these to contact any choirs that you’re interested in.

If you need to contact the NVN, rather than an individual choir, you can do so by emailing admin@naturalvoice.net

Wild Goose Choir

Location

South Brent Village Hall, Station Approach, South Brent, Devon, TQ10 9JL

Description

Wild Goose Choir is a new folk-based community choir. In the sessions, we will learn a range of material within the folk canon, from the very traditional, to the modern-day. There is no audition process and absolute beginner choir singers are very welcome. An ability to sing in tune is vital, as is an openness to learn new vocal techniques. We will seek to perform at least twice a year, showcasing the songs and arrangements we have been learning. Therefore, a commitment to regular rehearsals and a willingness to perform is essential. Songs will be taught by ear initially but sheet music with all parts will also be available for you to use in sessions and take away for practise.

With Wild Goose Choir, I aim to create a safe, encouraging, warm community where members can enjoy the many benefits that group singing can bring, whilst also learning and improving their individual vocal techniques and abilities.

Everyone is welcome! No auditions and no need to read music.
